Procedure:
For procurement of a Birth Certificate, our experts would carry out a thorough search in the records of the Municipality Office of the area where the birth took place, based on parent's name and applicant's date of birth to find whether the birth is registered there or not .

If the birth was registered with a name, the certificate will be issued with the same details that have been provided at the time of registration or the details that are available in the records of Municipality Office. But in most of the cases, the name would not have been provided at the time of birth . In such cases, the name can be included in the new Birth Certificate by submitting a Name Inclusion form along with an affidavit from parents / relatives and copies of the school certificates ( X or XII ) , residence proof of parent/applicant and applicant's passport .
